“ I had a 2019 Pacifica that had a battery issue. I jump started the car and got it to Lalonde Chrysler. Lisa in Service plugged in the code reader and confirmed there was a battery issue. They took the car right in and diagnosed it and corrected the issue. As I sat there for 2 hours I was constantly updated by Lisa and Dan and got my car back in tip top shape. While I was there I had a great conversation with Bradley who oversees many dealerships in the area. Great place for service. PS they are expanding and adding a 10 million dollar new Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep Dealership right next door. I am exicited for this. I will definetly support this dealership. ”

None of those dealers would give me a price, instead they tried to tell me what was best and kept giving me monthly lease prices. Jeff gave me a price over the phone within 5 minutes exactly what I wanted. He also went over a better way to buy the car that saved me another $3500! Best car salesman I've dealt with. I give the dealership 4 stars instead of 5 because the furniture was worn out and looked like a used car lot not a new car lot. Jeff deserves 6 stars though. He even had everything setup before I arrived so all I had to do was test drive and sign the paperwork. The dealership did offer me $1000 less on the trade than other dealers, but since they gave me employee pricing it was fair. ”

“ After getting the run around with the motor city local dealers I reached out to LaLonde via the web. Once I clicked submit to get a price on a Trailhawk lease, James called me back with 10 minutes, he asked me a few questions and then let me know he’d get back to me before they closed for the night. Ge called me at 7:15, and had my financing information by 8PM. I drove up to the dealership the next day. James let me know they closed at 6, and if I could be there by 5:30 he’d have his partner Jeff have everything ready for me to drive off. Needless to say, my 1 hour drive took 2, and I didn’t get to the dealership until 6. I apologized and told them I’d come back to get everything wrapped up, but wanted to at least put a deposit down so no one bought the car I wanted. They said absolutely not, and stayed past 7 so I could get everything I wanted and all of my questions answered so I wouldn’t have to make two trips. They stayed late, they didn’t rush me out, and they act as if they generally cared. THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING!! I’ll make the drive up there every time I need a new lease or to purchase a vehicle. No more city dealers for me! ”
